Yoga Brunch

We all know self-care is important, but how often does it get pushed to the bottom of the list? Put yourself first for some gorgeous TLC - yoga, yoga nidra relaxation with sound, and a nourishing brunch vegetarian food and company.

This will be a nurturing morning and you don't need any previous yoga experience or to have a 'yoga body'. The practices all designed to leave you feeling 'Aaahhhh'.  The venue is in a beautiful situation next to the River Thames. There is free off-road and on-road parking
