One-day yoga retreat

We all know self-care is important, but how often does it get pushed to the bottom of the list? Put yourself first for some gorgeous TLC - yoga movement, yoga nidra relaxation, guided journalling, nourishing vegetarian food and company.

This will be a nourishing day with different activities and you don't need any previous yoga experience or to have a 'yoga body'.  Tessa will guide you through different practices all designed to leave you feeling 'Aaahhhh' by the end of the day.  The venue has underfloor heating if we need it and a garden overlooking Oxfordshire fields.

You will receive a recording of the yoga nidra relaxation after the event to keep the nourishment flowing - when you've been there live, the effect will be more powerful each time you listen.
